John Peters is a former RAF Pilot and Gulf War POW, best-selling author, performance coach, speaker and writer.
John Peters came to the world’s attention in January 1991, when his bruised and battered face flashed onto television screens around the world as a prisoner of war.  It was his disfigured image that became a potent symbol of Saddam Hussein’s ruthless aggression.
 
John is an experienced speaker of international repute to corporates, public sector and charities, with audiences ranging up to 5500!

As one of the first female pilots on her frontline Tornado GR4 squadron, flying multi-million pound fast jets for the Royal Air Force, Mandy has worked in a constantly challenging, yet exhilarating environment. She offers a unique insight into this elite world, supported by anecdotes about her time on the front line.

Throughout her presentations Mandy demonstrates the importance of remaining calm under pressure and leading, quite literally, from the front, in order to get the best from herself and her team.

Star of Channel Four’s captivating reality TV drama SAS: Who Dares Wins and Channel 5’s ‘Secrets of the SAS’, is an operator with over 25 years of security and risk related experience.
Colin joined the army in 1989 and after 9 years in the Royal Scots passed selection first time aged 23 into 22 SAS. Colin was fortunate enough to have been involved in some of the more high profile and daring missions of the recent period.
 
Only a handful of men have been involved in hostage negotiations, hostage rescue and been a hostage themselves and Colin is one of them.
Writer, speaker, comedian, broadcaster & photographer. LGBT & mental health campaigner. Hon Doctor of Letters. RAF veteran. Self harm and suicide survivor. 13th most influential figure in Brighton, apparently… oh, and transgender.
 
Sophie is a standup comedian, actor and an in-demand public speaker, delivering keynote talks internationally including a TEDx Talk on change, fear, vulnerability, diversity, mental health and LGBT issues.
Dr Sophie Cook became the first transgender woman to work in football’s Premier League as club photographer for AFC Bournemouth following her transition from Steve to Sophie in the summer of 2015.

Airline and ex RAF Royal Squadron Pilot, One of the first openly gay pilots in the RAF. Diversity, Inclusion speaker, specialising in resilience, mental health and inclusive leadership. Matt describes his journey and the impact on his mental health whilst hiding his true self and operating in a macho, intolerant work environment.

Matt Lindley was an RAF pilot who specialised in flying The Queen, The Royal Family and Government Ministers world wide for over 10 years. He currently is a commercial long haul pilot.

Matt runs keynotes based on lessons learnt from aviation, aimed at maximising performance and reducing human error in the work place.

Chris Moon MBE exists to help people do what they do better, drawing on his unique experiences to illustrate principles people can use in their daily lives.

Chris Moon MBE is one of the most fortunate people to be alive you’re likely to meet and should be dead many times over.

He’s a former British Officer who left the Army to work for a charity clearing landmines and unexploded ordnance. Chris Moon MBE is one of the few Westerners to survive being taken prisoner in Cambodia by the Khmer Rouge (one of the most ruthless terror groups in history). He negotiated his own release and that of two colleagues.

Formula – a way to train the mind to be a Jedi master under pressure and accomplish zen like levels of self-belief and inner calm.

Medical Doctor, Wellbeing Coach, ex Royal Air Force Officer, Corporate Trainer and Speaker.

She has had varied, exciting  and challenging life experiences to date, working for 12 years as a Royal Air Force Officer, seeing active service in Afghanistan, and lately, being very busy working in A&E during a pandemic.

Ruth is passionate about the power of Lifestyle Medicine – a preventative approach to health and wellbeing, which seeks to put each of us at the heart of our health and wellbeing journey.
