Steve Gleason played 8 seasons for The New Orleans Saints, recognized as a counter-culture athlete who spent his off-season adventuring in developer countries. he will always be remembered for his blocked punt on the night the Louisiana Superdome reopened for the first time after Hurricane Katrina.

Steve Gleason spoke at the NFL's annual Community Relations meetings and his speech was incredibly inspiring. The room was full of 150+ CSR professionals and Steve spoke to the group about resiliency and unifying communities.
