Tania de Jong AM is one of Australia’s most successful female entrepreneurs and innovators having developed 6 businesses and 4 charities.

Tania works across the public, private, creative and community sectors. She is a highly regarded public speaker, performer, MC and workshop leader creating immersive and magical experiences for clients and audiences globally. She enjoys customising her contributions to suit specific client briefs to create outstanding outcomes.

Tania is an agent for change. She is an inspirational and moving storyteller and performer. Her keynotes, combined with the power of song, are transformational. She is known for her ability to unleash creative energy and capabilities, expand mindsets and raise collective consciousness, build ‘can-do’ teams and strategies to develop a culture of innovation, diversity and inclusion.

When she was just 14 years old her best friend told her not to bother having singing lessons. So, it’s not surprising that her mission is to change the world, one voice at a time. Tania’s TED Talk ‘How singing together changes the brain’ has sparked international interest.

Tania is a global authority on creativity, innovation, leadership and collaboration. With a grandmother who invented the foldable umbrella, innovation is in her blood. And, as the daughter of Holocaust survivors, she has learnt about resilience and re-invention and developed a passion for diversity and social inclusion.

Tania has an unusual background because her work and knowledge spans the business, public, creative and community sectors. She is therefore able to draw together cross-sector themes relevant to business, government and not-for-profit sectors.

Tania presents on leadership, purpose, creativity, curiosity, innovation, resilience, mental health and wellbeing, generosity, diversity & inclusion, entrepreneurship and philanthropy. She helps provide valuable tools and insights into surviving and thriving in a rapidly changing world.

Tania speaks and performs around the world, inspiring diverse audiences of 10 to 10,000 people ranging from corporate executive teams, boards, Top 100 and entire organisations to universities, hospitals, schools, businesses, not-for-profits, health, education and entrepreneurship forums, and at major national and international conferences and public events.

She consults to a number of national and multinational organisations at C-Suite level providing keynote speeches, MC services, magical performances and immersive experiences, leadership, team building and innovation workshops, connections and strategic advice.

Thinkers 50 invited her to be a keynote speaker and performer at the European Business Forum in Denmark and she was a keynote speaker at the International Forum on Consciousness in the USA.

Tania’s keynote address was an inspiring call to action on our individual and collective creative capacity. And I never thought I would witness our national team in full and rapturous song together. The experience left us all with a sense of unexpected elation!

Mathew Browning, General Manager, Myer Family Company

You were wonderful. You engaged with over 700 of our consultants in a powerful way and reinforced our own potential. The standing ovation was a testament to the way you moved us into a different headspace. Many people have mentioned it was the best session they have attended at a conference anywhere!
