Matt Bird is a serial entrepreneur and a high-impact communicator known for his inspirational speaking.

As the Founder and CEO of PublishU, Matt empowers over 100 people each year to write, publish, and launch their books to a global audience. He is also an accomplished author, having written over 20 books, and contributes to The Times newspaper.

During his school years, Matt was placed in remedial English classes and left with a belief that he was not academically capable, a notion reinforced by many of his teachers. In his twenties, he was diagnosed with dyslexia. After initially grappling with the stigma, he came to view neurodiversity as an advantage rather than a limitation. This shift in perspective has fuelled his journey as a serial entrepreneur, marked by both failures and successes, including ventures like Relationology, PublishU, and The Rooftop.

In addition to his entrepreneurial pursuits, Matt is the Founder of NAYBA, a global non-profit organisation that operates in a dozen countries, supporting vulnerable and isolated communities.

Matt has spoken in 50 countries, reaching over a million people with topics ranging from entrepreneurship and growth through relationships to the dyslexic superpower and community transformation.
