Gina, a two-time TEDx Global Speaker with two decades of experience pioneering large-scale corporate change, is best known as an industry leader in corporate transformation and workplace wellbeing.

Gina is the Founder and Director of Your People Power, an organisation with a mission to transform the industry and how we work through her science-led education and exclusive solution-driven programmes backed by research from Harvard Medical School and study with The University of California.

Gina draws from personal experiences working in high-pressure, dynamic environments to drive better business support for employees, with a focus on positive mental health. She demonstrates that happier and healthier employees lead to higher productivity and company profits.

Her professional career in the male-dominated financial services, IT, and engineering sectors exposed Gina to gender inequalities and a lack of diversity. Inspired to create change, Gina now speaks on how she paved her way in the industry, breaking down barriers for women and ethnic minorities, and how others can replicate her success in their own lives.

Gina’s story inspires many individuals, having achieved rapid success despite her young age. Some of her prominent early positions include Head of UK Retail Customer Services for BT, IT Transformation Programme Manager for Lloyd’s Banking Group, ‘A Player’ Project Manager at Barclays, and at 27, she became the youngest person in the role of BT Contract Director, awarded the largest managed service Banking contract, with a value of over £400m, managing teams of 450 staff across the globe.

Consolidating some of her key insights into leading publications, Gina is the author and creator of Journals for Life, a series of self-help books. Expanding on her work as a speaker, Gina has given talks for many global corporations. In 2023 Gina embarked on a course of study with The University of Cambridge on The Neuropsychology of Decision Making.
