This afternoon was one of the best sessions I can remember. There were many words of wisdom to take from it, lots of ideas to consider, some excellent design efforts from the team and copious amounts of uncontrollable laughter!

Working for an innovative business such as Dyson means team building exercises need to match. That can be a challenge however the workshop that Ben designed and ran fitted the bill perfectly. Incredibly inclusive, engaging and even those who thought they didn’t have an engineering bone in their bodies became instant innovation obsessives. Who knew cardboard could be so much fun and create so many engineering masterpieces! I can’t wait for an excuse to get him back to run another workshop!! Honestly the most I had laughed all year!
