Ben Edmonds is a multi-patented inventor with a career in Product Design & Innovation spanning two decades and a deep belief that EVERYBODY is creative, and that new ideas are everywhere, all the time, we just need to know how to look for them.

Products Ben has designed can be spotted on high streets around the world, and he has become well known for building great teams and creating the right culture for high productivity and creativity in the workplace.

Ben is a regular contributor on radio, podcasts & television. and has been featured in multiple magazines and newspapers both in print and online. He is a highly engaging and inspiring speaker and is comfortable with audiences big or small, in both corporate and informal settings.

As a dad of three, and the leader of an international Inventor Club for children and young people, Ben has had to hone his story telling skills and learn to keep his talks entertaining and to the point!

Drawing both on his career in consumer technology, as well as his moonlighting escapades as a mentor to the Tony Starks and Riri Williams of tomorrow, Ben speaks on how to create the right environment for great ideas, why failure is the fuel for transformation, and the importance of building people over projects.

Ben has a variety of interactive seminars & workshops that be delivered in person or online to groups of up to 200 in addition to his keynote speeches which are suited to seated audiences of any size.

What people say

This afternoon was one of the best sessions I can remember. There were many words of wisdom to take from it, lots of ideas to consider, some excellent design efforts from the team and copious amounts of uncontrollable laughter!

Sean Price, Head Master, Westonbirt Prep School

Working for an innovative business such as Dyson means team building exercises need to match. That can be a challenge however the workshop that Ben designed and ran fitted the bill perfectly. Incredibly inclusive, engaging and even those who thought they didn’t have an engineering bone in their bodies became instant innovation obsessives. Who knew cardboard could be so much fun and create so many engineering masterpieces! I can’t wait for an excuse to get him back to run another workshop!! Honestly the most I had laughed all year!
