Amy Polly (AKA The Mindfulness Rebel) is a founder, mindfulness teacher, international speaker and neurodiversity advocate.

Amy Polly is a recovering accountant, whose career in finance spanned 19 years, with her last role being Head of Finance and Property within the Fire Service.
Whilst sitting on the leadership team within UK Fire, she also took on the role of Strategic Lead for Mental Health and Wellbeing, where she finally realised how to bring together her passion for people, and mindfulness, in the corporate world.

Amy now delivers workshops, courses and talks, raising awareness of the importance of understanding mental health and neurodiversity in the workplace, the power of mindfulness in leadership, organisations and life, and her own personal journey of late diagnosed ADHD.

Amy Polly works with organisations to create/improve mental health and well-being strategies. She delivers session to bring a team or leaders together and creates mindfulness programmes as part ofย  mental health strategies for companies.
