Will Njobvu has hosted on notable British television shows including Good Morning Britain on ITV, The Masked Singer Unmasked on ITV Hub & ITV2 and The Jeremy Vine show on Channel 5.

His passion for public speaking has led him to speak in front of large audiences for some of the UK’s leading organisations such as Tik Tok, The British Heart Foundation, MediaCom & LinkedIn. He has also hosted career related talks at De Montfort University in Leicester.

Diversity, inclusion and racial equality is a topic close to Will’s heart as he was racially abused in school and college. Now, he is determined to make change, educate and inspire. In 2019, MediaCom invited Will to deliver a talk on the importance of diversity in the workplace and it was well received by the audience.

More recently in 2021, Tik Tok invited Will to speak about the important of authentic black representation on social media.

Overcoming adversity, identity, sexuality, mental health and heart health are more topics Will is able to speak about. He was diagnosed with mitral valve prolapse at the age of 22, a heart condition he doesn’t let define him.Doctors told him he could have dropped dead if he hadn’t been diagnosed in time. On behalf of the British Heart Foundation, he has delivered a talk to number of young people who are living with heart conditions like him.

As a member of the LGBT community who was bullied because of his sexuality in school, Will enjoys speaking about the importance of being comfortable with your identity and taking care of your mental health ; as he too has overcome depression in the past.

Will’s work as a presenter in TV and radio means he is able to bring fun and entertainment to after dinner speeches.
