Known for his roles on popular shows like Good Morning Britain, The Masked Singer Unmasked, and The Jeremy Vine Show, Will Njobvu’s  natural ability to connect with audiences has extended to millions globally, with his viral podcast Reality drawing over 8 million views monthly on TikTok. Will’s presenting repertoire also includes Capital Xtra’s Saturday Breakfast Show, and he has recently expanded into the U.S. as an entertainment presenter on NBC News and the TODAY Show.

A graduate of De Montfort University’s Leicester Media School, Will’s career began behind the scenes in broadcast journalism at ITN, Sky News, and ITV’s This Morning. His background equips him with unique insights into the industry, which he shares through career talks for organisations such as TikTok, LinkedIn, and MediaCom. Will has also been invited to speak on topics like high performance and leadership, leveraging his own experiences as a media entrepreneur and public figure.

Will is a passionate advocate for diversity, inclusion, and mental health awareness. Having experienced racism, homophobia, and bullying first-hand, he uses his platform to inspire change, sharing his personal journey through public speaking engagements. In 2019, his talk at MediaCom on workplace diversity was highly acclaimed, with media executive Vivienne Dovi noting how it “filled the whole company with knowledge and ideas on improvement.” His resilience is further underscored by his openness about living with ADHD, which he addresses to foster understanding around neurodiversity.

Will’s story is one of resilience and authenticity. Diagnosed with mitral valve prolapse at 22, he now partners with the British Heart Foundation to advocate for heart health. His journey has also involved overcoming depression and suicidal thoughts, and he openly shares his story to encourage others facing similar challenges. In 2022, Will bravely came out as gay on live radio, a decision that has only strengthened his commitment to LGBTQ+ rights. Today, he proudly hosts the Pride in London stage at Trafalgar Square, where he continues to advocate for acceptance and inclusivity.

Will Njobvu is a charismatic, impactful speaker who brings a powerful blend of lived experience, humour, and insight to any stage.
