Vicki Anstey is a world record breaking adventurer, TEDx speaker and leading expert on resilience, mindset and human performance.

A certified Stress and Resilience Coach and former finalist on Channel 4’s SAS: Who Dares Wins, Vicki is known for pushing the limits of physical and psychological endurance, and helping others do the same.

An entrepreneur turned adventurer, Vicki has achieved two world records: rowing the Pacific Ocean unaided and cycling 3,000 miles across America in the Race Across America. She has completed ultra distance challenges in the Arctic at minus 35 degrees and in the savannahs of Kenya in over 50 degrees. But her story did not start with elite sport. It began with reclaiming her confidence after leaving a coercive relationship in 2017, only months before appearing on SAS: Who Dares Wins.

Vicki is a powerful advocate for female empowerment and the UK Ambassador for the international charity Inspiring Girls. She regularly fundraises for them through her endurance feats, using her platform to encourage women and girls to pursue their potential.

As a speaker, Vicki is deeply relatable. Her keynotes are raw, moving and inspiring, drawing on her own transformation from self doubt and fear to courage, high performance and self belief. Through story and science, she empowers audiences to explore emotional endurance, redefine success and unlock the 60 percent of potential we never usually tap into.

She speaks with authenticity and impact on topics such as overcoming fear, mastering mindset under pressure, and building resilient and high performing teams. Vicki also works closely with global organisations and elite teams, advising on the behavioural and physiological impacts of stress, and delivering practical tools for lasting performance and wellbeing.

A thought leader in human potential, Vicki is also a contributor to Manchester Metropolitan University’s MSc in the Psychology of Human Performance, co host of The Pin Drop Podcast, and author of the upcoming book Other People are Like the Weather.
