Following a life-altering accident at 15, which dashed her dreams of rugby stardom, she harnessed the power of a carbon fiber running leg to forge a new path. A IPC world champion in Long Jump (2017), four-time Paralympian (2008, 2012, 2016, 2021), and triple Paralympic medallist, Stef holds five world records in track and field.

With an honours degree in biochemistry, she extends her impact beyond the track as a keynote speaker, broadcaster, executive coach, actor, and fashion model. Notably, Stef made history as the first amputee to grace the London Fashion Week catwalk and showcased her resilience on the British reality show “Dancing on Ice 2022,” reaching the quarterfinals and proving that mastery knows no bounds—even on artificial footing.

After an illustrious 18-year Paralympic career, Stef retired from elite sports in June 2022, embarking on a mission to empower others to discover their own paths to high performance.
