Sarah Brason is a creative, impactful speaker who ignites self-discovery, transforming how you see yourself and the world.

She is a entrepreneur, a business owner, brand expert and a mother – using her voice to help others. A professional storyteller on resilience, transformation, and human connection.

Whether being interviewed for BBC Breakfast, speaking on Radio 5 Live or speaking directly to individuals and teams she inspires individuals to unmask their true potential.

Her approach is rooted in kindness, creativity, and the desire to help others. Because for Sarah, success isn’t just about what you build—it’s about how you make people feel.

In 2015, her second daughter died and she completely fell apart. It was devastating. Not being able to protect her baby made Sarah feel like she had failed in the most unimaginable way. It’s a mother role to protect her children and she couldn’t. She hit rock bottom – but climbed out.

That experience shapes everything she does now. It’s why Sarah is committed to helping others face their hardest moments. Because fight or flight isn’t the only option. When you stop running, turn toward the darkness, and truly confront the toughest chapters of your life—that’s when you grow. That’s when you evolve. And Sarah wants to help people find their way through by accepting every part of what makes their life special.

Stories that move you and messages that move you forward.

Sarah believes that breaking doesn’t have to be the end, but it can be the beginning. Because in organisations, in life, in leadership—people hit their own version of rock bottom. They face challenges, uncertainty, fear. And too often, avoid it. They pretend it’s not happening.

But true transformation starts when we turn and face it.

The work she does—whether it’s with individuals, teams, or entire organisations—is built on that belief. That when we confront what we’re afraid of, when we take ownership, when we turn to face it —we don’t stay broken.

We break free. And that is how we move forward.

Sarah can tailor content and key messages to meet your unique requirements ensuring her words resonate with your audience and leave a lasting impact.

What people say

Sarah has a refreshing, bold and brave attitude to life that comes across in everything she does. So when she takes to the stage, she literally shines! Her message is so inspiring – she truly empowered her audience to turn towards the thing that we fear is going to break us (instead of hiding away or running) – and instead shows us how powerful it is to use it to drive us forward.

The Impact Specialist

I had the pleasure of hearing Sarah speak at the Cranfield University Impact Summit, and found her to be profoundly optimistic in her vision for a successful life, even after (or maybe because of) after a devastating period of trauma. Her pain and empathy is palpable, but so too is her determination to not just thrive, but help others to do the same. We all have our own challenges in life, but Sarahs story is a wonderful example of a life reimagined, made stronger and awakened by an unimaginable experience.
