Naomi is a Purposeful Leader who is called to champion educators to take a stand for their own unique value and purpose in order to have the impact they are longing for.
Her 15 years as an English Secondary School Teacher and Curriculum Leader were deeply meaningful and joyful, mostly experienced in the moments of magic when
young people create new insight and their worlds shift a little.
Naomi left the profession in 2014 after losing touch with that magic, and struggling to balance being a teacher with having a young family. Now, as an ICF accredited Coach, Naomi works with educators who want to reclaim their purpose at a deeply felt level, in order to step into agency and create their lifeʼs work.
In 2019, she founded Purposeful Educators and is driven to build a global community of educators who have the courage to live and lead with purpose. So far, the
community is making waves in the UK, India, China, Dubai, Greece and Turkey.
