I thought Michelle was fabulous! I think the session that she gave not only boosted the apprentices that were there but also the existing staff of NHSBT. I thought she captured it at just the right level, and I loved how real and down to earth she was. I personally took a lot away from what she said, and I also could relate to many of the things she discussed. I have also used some of what was mentioned as part of our training day that we held recently with my team. She was like a breath of fresh air and made me remember that although things are tough at times we just have to crack on and seize the day.
