Kirsty’s mission is to empower and uplift dyslexic and other neurodiverse individuals, guiding them on a transformative journey towards boundless potential.

Kirsty is a dyslexic coach inspiring neurodiverse individuals to maximize their potential, breaking down barriers and misconceptions surrounding neurodiversity, and demonstrating the power of positive thinking and self-talk in achieving a happier, more abundant life.

Together with her husband, Joph, she has raised five remarkable children, one of whom possesses the gifts of dyslexia and ADHD.
Kirsty’s mission is to empower and uplift dyslexic and other neurodiverse individuals, guiding them on a transformative journey towards boundless potential. By harnessing their unique skills, strengths, and capabilities, she aims to lead them beyond their goals and aspirations, both professionally and personally.

Diagnosed with dyslexia at the age of seven, Kirsty’s life has been shaped by both challenging and empowering experiences. Despite facing additional homework and academic hurdles in school, she developed an unyielding determination and refusal to surrender. With the aid of dyslexia-friendly fonts and audiobooks, learning transformed from a chore into a joyous endeavor. Recognizing dyslexia’s strengths took until her 30s, but Kirsty now embraces its empowering aspects.

In her 30s, Kirsty pursued a master’s degree in Management with Human Resources while balancing work and parenting responsibilities.
This transformative period revealed a pivotal truth: she is the master of her destiny, not dyslexia.

Armed with this realization, she transitioned into coaching and delivering keynotes, finding immense joy in empowering others to achieve their full potential.
