Together with her husband, Joph, she has raised five remarkable children, one of whom possesses the gifts of dyslexia and ADHD.

Diagnosed with dyslexia at the age of seven, Kirsty’s life has been shaped by both challenging and empowering experiences. Despite facing additional homework and academic hurdles in school, she developed an unyielding determination and refusal to surrender. With the aid of dyslexia-friendly fonts and audiobooks, learning transformed from a chore into a joyous endeavor. Recognizing dyslexia’s strengths took until her 30s, but Kirsty now embraces its empowering aspects.
In her 30s, Kirsty pursued a master’s degree in Management with Human Resources while balancing work and parenting responsibilities.
This transformative period revealed a pivotal truth: she is the master of her destiny, not dyslexia.
Armed with this realization, she transitioned into coaching and delivering keynotes, finding immense joy in empowering others to achieve their full potential.
