Jennifer is an experienced change leader, international speaker, published author, consultant and coach.

She prepares and delivers thought provoking keynote presentations, executive educations seminars, strategic change studies to clients on people/human centric change with a particular focus on the behaviour and mindset shifts required to imbed future fit change and leadership.

She has a passion for helping people – in whatever capacity possible – by making sure people are thought of first, last and throughout organisational change and transformations.

She is skilled in connecting with clients from a position of real commercial insight and explores the mindset shifts and leadership capabilities required to compete and be future ready. She works with the knowledge that human beings are multi-faceted by nature, so leaders need a variety of different perspectives and tactics to help make informed choices and achieve sustainable organisational change.

Jennifer currently runs her own consultancy, ABChange Consultancy, and has helped nearly 40 different organisations across sectors and industries on leading change.  She works at all levels within an organisation, but particularly works with C-suite and senior managers on leading change with the ‘end person in mind’ strategy.
