Jack will be sharing his own lived experience of poor mental health whilst striving to be one of the best athletes on the planet.

Jack’s story is one of resilience and told openly and honestly with the hope of destigmatising mental health through his words. Not only will you hear Jack’s story, but he will also share practical tips you can use to manage your own well-being and then reach for high performance.

Jack Green is a double Olympian having represented Great Britain at the London 2012 and Rio 2016 Olympic Games in the 400m hurdles and 4x400m relay events. Jack became a mental health ambassador for Mind and YoungMinds after being diagnosed with depression, bipolar tendencies and anxiety shortly after the 2012 Olympic Games. Jack has also worked with the House of Commons on the topic of mental health reform in elite sport.
