Isaacโs achievements are extraordinary. He has swum across seas, rowed oceans, climbed mountains and completed an Ironman triathlon wearing a 15kg weighted vest, all while pushing the limits of human performance. His expeditions include rowing across the Atlantic, completing an 83 hour continuous indoor row without sleep, summiting Mount Kilimanjaro in just four days, and cycling from Orkney to the Isles of Scilly across both land and sea in a world first challenge. Through these experiences, he brings powerful insights into teamwork, endurance and performing under pressure.
A Fellow of the Royal Geographical Society and the Geological Society of London, and a trustee for the mental health charity Mind, Isaac combines scientific understanding with real world experience.
