Dave Read is a UK and international teacher, author and speaker on transforming everyday positive mental health and holistic wellbeing.

Dave Read is on a mission: to empower young people (ages 3-18+), teachers and school staff – and people working at all levels in companies and organisations – to actually change the way they Feel, Think and Act because positive mental health and wellbeing is so much more than “Mind” and brain.

They are only one part of the equation and do not play the predominant role we all seem to think. Instead, we are: Mind, Body and Feelings (MBF) all inseparably linked through a continuous Bio-Loop – because each feeling generates – or is the result of – a biochemical response. And everything we do is not first driven by a thought – but a feeling – from which corresponding thought(s) then emerge.

So, if you: Consciously Change the Feeling, You Change the Thought, Change the Action. And you can consciously change how you are feeling – as and when you want. Many approaches look to “think and/or talk yourself better”. But to “feel yourself well” is to change your biochemistry that will in time, create a less reactive and a calmer, more objective, perspective.
