Darren Hardy is a British Army veteran turned award-winning athlete, entrepreneur, and mental resilience expert.

After an illustrious 15-year military career, which saw him serve in Northern Ireland, Iraq, and across multiple global deployments, Darren faced the life-changing challenge of serious injuries and a PTSD diagnosis. Undeterred, he transformed adversity into achievement.

Darren channelled sport and endurance challenges into his recovery, becoming a double gold medallist and record-breaker at the 2018 Warrior Games. He has completed extreme ultra challenges, including ten ultra-distance triathlons in ten days across ten UK locations, using these feats to manage his PTSD while raising awareness and funds for charities supporting veterans, mental health, and struggling families.

In 2019, Darren founded Fortitude Front, a business dedicated to helping organisations tackle workplace mental health and foster resilience.
He combines his military leadership experience, personal journey, and entrepreneurial insight to deliver transformative keynote speeches on mental health, leadership, Peak Performance, Resilience and overcoming adversity.

Darren’s talks inspire audiences to face challenges with courage, focus, and determination, proving that resilience is a skill anyone can develop.
