The Scot didn’t become a full-time athlete until the age of 27 and until then was training to become a veterinary surgeon.

Not just an athlete, but with a Master’s degree too (and studying for a second!) Her first appearance at a major games was the 2018 Commonwealth Games on the Gold Coast, where she came away with a silver and bronze medal.

Having balanced a full-time job and competing at the highest level, Neah is well aware of the demands for both the professional and amateur athlete. Her targets for 2024 include Paris Olympic Games and then making the transition on to the road, to target future success in the biggest races.

Her professional career taught her organisational skills and a perspective on what is really ‘life and death’ and has made her a better athlete. Her athletic career has given her real insight into the lessons from high performance sport for life and business.
