Daniel is a mental health and wellbeing expert with over 15 years of experience. He uses rational emotive behaviour therapy (REBT), clinical hypnotherapy and positive psychology to help people achieve their goals and has worked in private practice in both London and Bristol.

He has also worked in private healthcare, occupational health care and for the NHS. He lectures on college courses, develops workshops, runs groups, writes, presents, and produces written and webinar content on all aspects of mental health and wellbeing.

A former journalist, Daniel is a regular contributor to various print media, as well as online for psychologytoday.com and psychology.net. He is the author of The Four Thoughts That F*ck You Up . . . And How to Fix Them, published by Penguin Random House imprint, Vermillion.

He has also accidentally turned his dog, a rescue from Battersea Dogs and Cats Home into a semi-famous therapy animal. She has featured in magazine and newspaper articles of her own. Daniel is the founder of Bristol-based workplace wellbeing consultancy, How To Be.
