Inspirational Speakers – December 2025
December has been a lovely way to round off the year. We headed down to Plymouth for our work Christmas party which was great fun and a perfect chance to step away from the day to day and celebrate together. It has also been a busy month behind the scenes with some fantastic events delivered for clients including Air Ambulance, Kraft Heinz, the NHS and Dentons, alongside a couple of exciting cruise ship bookings. We have also enjoyed catching up with a few of our speakers which is always a highlight.
As the year comes to a close, we just want to say a huge thank you to our speakers, clients and industry friends for all the support throughout the year. We truly could not do it without you.

This month we would also love to give a shoutout to Alex Staniforth following an event delivered a few weeks ago that received rave reviews.

Montell Douglas is a trailblazing athlete and the first female UK competitor to compete in both the Summer and Winter Olympic Games. In 2023, she became ‘Fire’ in BBC One’s Gladiators, and then went on to star in Strictly Come Dancing, Her career is a testament to resilience, adaptability, and peak performance.
Breda McCague’s career spans leadership roles across global strategy, technology and culture. Alongside this, Breda served for 20 years in the Irish Reserve Defence Forces, becoming the first female Lieutenant in her Infantry unit. This rare combination of military precision and deep organisational behavioural expertise shapes her powerful, memorable delivery style.
Larry is a respected Sales & Revenue Acceleration Expert, recognised as a 4x Top Sales Influencer by Salesforce, and serves as a LinkedIn Influencer and recognised Sales Thought Leader empowering professionals to activate their mindset, elevate relationships and ultimately, drive results.
Richard Foster-Fletcher founded and leads MKAI, a global responsible AI think tank whose network spans more than 1,500 executives across 101 countries.
Drawing on this reach, his work examines what most AI narratives overlook: not what AI does for organisations, but what it does to them.
Former British professional triathlete and four-time Ironman Triathlon World Champion (2007, 2008, 2009, 2011). She is the first British athlete to win the Ironman Triathlon World Championship, and was undefeated in all thirteen of her races over the ironman distance.
