Drawing from Rob Bell’s distinction between success and craft, this keynote explores why the most impactful leaders have shifted from asking “What more can I get?” to “Can you believe I get to do this?” Audiences will discover the core principles of crafted leadership – from span of care vs. span of control, to creating islands of sanity for their teams. Features practical frameworks including the chaos theory model for team dynamics and the four archetypes needed in every leader’s collective. Perfect for leaders seeking sustainable fulfilment while driving exceptional performance.

As we approach what researchers call “superintelligent AI researcher” capabilities by 2027, the question isn’t whether AI will change work – it’s whether leaders can guide the transformation wisely. This keynote explores the paradox of our digital evolution: how technology simultaneously connects and disconnects us, expands and shrinks our capabilities. Audiences learn to navigate the shift from crystallised to fluid intelligence, build trust in human-AI partnerships, and create environments where technology serves humanity rather than replacing it.

Erhard said, “A problem only ever exists in the absence of the right conversation.” Whilst this may not necessarily be true – could you allow the curiosity to think it was? Leaders can transform team performance through the art of dialogue. Participants discover their listening loops, learn to name conversations with precision, and master the missing conversations that slow down every system – closure and feedback. Includes frameworks for difficult conversations and creating psychological safety for breakthrough dialogue.

With leaders feeling overwhelmed and 38% of employees fearing AI will take their jobs, the greatest challenge isn’t technological – it’s human. This keynote addresses the leadership gap in AI adoption, moving teams from “AI as command tool” to “AI as thought partner.” Features Microsoft’s latest research on Frontier Firms, practical strategies for earning digital trust, and the liminal leadership skills needed to guide organisations through infinite possibilities. Essential for leaders navigating the largest workplace transformation in history.

Culture isn’t what you celebrate with pizza parties – it’s what people say about working for you on their Sunday night as they prepare for the week ahead. This keynote dismantles culture myths and reveals how culture actually forms through a thousand small moments and choices. Audiences learn why “culture is conversation,” how to identify the stories running through their organisation and practical ways to shape culture through daily leadership behaviours. Essential for leaders who want to create environments where people thrive.

The era of command-and-control leadership is over. This comprehensive keynote introduces the CRAFT model of leadership – a new operating system for leaders navigating complexity. Covers the shift from span of control to span of care, the six logical levels for organisational alignment, and how to develop the quarter-of-a-turn mindset for continuous growth. Features practical tools for embodied leadership, energy management, and creating the conditions for others to flourish. Perfect as a conference closer or leadership retreat keynote.
