Diagnosed with Autism at the age of 15, Nathan Sherratt has gone on to become a passionate advocate for neurodiversity and an inspiration to anyone feeling confused or isolated because of their diagnosis.

Nathan has never allowed his own barriers to limit his self-belief and has forged a successful career as a semi-professional football referee for the English FA, as well as establishing his own coaching company, The Third Team. Through this work, he supports and mentors professional match officials from a wide variety of sports around the globe, as well as coaching business leaders in both the private and public sectors across the UK on overcoming their own perceived limitations.

His purpose is to break down barriers and champion neurodivergent people within the workplace, support them in finding accommodations that benefit all parties, and promote diversity and inclusion in all walks of life.

Nathan’s lifelong journey to not only overcome but harness his own neurodiversity has given him a unique insight to living with Autism. He believes that a greater understanding of the condition and associated diagnosis can in time lead to neurodivergent people thriving in their careers and becoming game-changers in their chosen fields.
