Toni Horn FRSA is a leading neurodiversity consultant, keynote speaker, and founder of NeuroEmpower CIC.

Toni is a qualified teacher and holds a PGCert in Psychology of Workplace Wellbeing, alongside a Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training, specialising in neurodiversity and SEND.

She is also a qualified Workplace Needs Assessor, SEMH Practitioner, and coach, bringing together academic knowledge, professional insight, and practical experience in every aspect of her work.

With over 17 years of leadership experience at Barclays, Toni played an influential role in shaping the organisationโ€™s neurodiversity strategy as UK Neurodiversity Co-Chair. Today, she works with organisations across a wide range of sectors to design and deliver CPD-certified training, keynote talks, and consultancy that help leaders create inclusive environments where neurodivergent individuals can thrive, contribute, and remain in work.

Toniโ€™s approach is grounded in both professional expertise and lived experience. Diagnosed with dyslexia as a teenager, and later with autism and ADHD in adulthood, she brings authenticity, depth, and relatability to her work. She is passionate about moving organisations beyond awareness and into action, helping them embed practical, evidence-informed strategies that lead to meaningful and lasting change.

Through NeuroEmpower CIC, Toni also works closely with education settings and young adults, supporting confidence-building, employability skills, and successful transitions into the workplace. She also advises organisations on inclusive recruitment and retention practices, helping to ensure diverse thinkers are not only attracted to organisations, but fully supported once they are there.

Toni is the co-author of Blueprint: From Start to Success, The Essential Guide to a Thriving Employee Resource Group, a practical and research-informed book that helps organisations build ERGs that genuinely empower diverse minds.
