After leaving her role as an HR Analyst at Together for Mental Wellbeing, Charlie committed fully to speaking, driven by a passion to create a world where people of all identities and abilities feel accepted and heard. She has since become a respected voice in the diversity and inclusion space, known for her honesty, warmth and ability to explore conversations that others often avoid.

As a mother of neurodivergent teenagers and someone who received her autism diagnosis later in life, she brings an authentic and deeply relatable presence to every stage.
