Charlie Hart, also known as Ausome Charlie, is a keynote speaker and neurodiversity and LGBTQIA+ advocate who helps organisations create more inclusive, compassionate and high performing workplaces.

Blending lived experience with professional HR expertise, Charlie delivers powerful talks that encourage audiences to better understand difference, challenge assumptions and build cultures where everyone can thrive.

After leaving her role as an HR Analyst at Together for Mental Wellbeing, Charlie committed fully to speaking, driven by a passion to create a world where people of all identities and abilities feel accepted and heard. She has since become a respected voice in the diversity and inclusion space, known for her honesty, warmth and ability to explore conversations that others often avoid.

Charlieโ€™s sessions centre on real lived experience of neurodivergence and being part of the LGBTQIA+ community. She speaks openly about adversity and resilience, balancing tough truths with optimism, humour and practical takeaways that audiences can apply immediately. Whether she is helping leaders rethink workplace culture or giving a voice to those who are often overlooked, Charlie creates an atmosphere of empathy, reflection and genuine connection.

A CIPD qualified HR professional and Professional Member of the Professional Speaking Association, Charlie delivers keynotes, workshops and panel sessions for corporate audiences and has spoken at events including the IGPP Neurodiversity at Work Conference. As a mother of neurodivergent teenagers and someone who received her autism diagnosis later in life, she brings an authentic and deeply relatable presence to every stage.

Her presentations are delivered with authentically neurodivergent quirkiness and self deprecating humour. She is unafraid to tackle emotive topics and speaks candidly about dark clouds and silver linings, adversity and resilience.

Warning: you may laugh, and cry, and laugh again. Audiences leave feeling inspired, hopeful and equipped with practical tools to create meaningful change.
