A former disability and employment specialist with a background in recruitment and hiring, Sara-Louise is dedicated to communicating the realities of being neurodivergent and how organisations can move beyond compliance towards more meaningful inclusion.

Sara-Louise understands that inclusion sits at the intersection of many identities: gender, race, age, disability, social class, culture and beyond. She works with compassion toward both neurodivergent individuals and employers who are navigating this landscape without a roadmap, arming them with the knowledge to meaningfully attract, support and retain neurodivergent talent across all generations.

Sara delivers her work through a range of formats including one-to-one consultancy, clinics and group workshops, tailored to the needs of your organisation.

Sara-Louise regularly holds clinics for companies to enable employees and Line Managers (together or separately) to pop in and ask her questions where a quick tip is needed on Adjustments that include working environment, how the work is being done and the use of Assistive Technology. This can also have a more holistic focus where companies would like to provide an outlet for staff who are in need of information about coaching, diagnosis, assessments, strategies and signposting for themselves and their loved ones. In this sense, it becomes a longer and more personalised version of a Q&A and takes place in a confidential setting, on a drop-in basis.

What people say

Your talk today was very informative and so helpful. I will modify many things that I do as a facilitator thanks to the new understanding that I gained.

It was honestly great to hear you speak yesterday… hearing your take on the topic of neurodiversity along with your own experiences was powerful.
