Victoria Bagnall is a Cambridge-educated speaker, author, educator and changemaker who is transforming how we understand brains, behaviour, and belonging.

As a neurodivergent thought leader, she brings deep personal insight and academic rigour to her work, which spans education, corporate training, and coaching. She is also the author of The Neuroinclusive Educator (Bloomsbury, 2026), a forthcoming book moving away from the idea of special educational needs towards designing classrooms that meet the diverse needs of all humans.

Victoria is the co-founder of Connections in Mind, established in 2015, a pioneering organisation that has brought Executive Function Coaching to thousands across the UK and beyond. She is also the co-founder of the International Executive Function Coaching Certification, a new professional body setting standards for high-quality executive function coaching worldwide. Her work is grounded in neuroscience and focuses on making complex concepts accessible, actionable, and deeply human. She has trained staff across the NHS, EY, Citibank, Berkeley University, Ripple and schools such as Cheltenham Ladiesโ€™ College and Glendower Prep.

Victoriaโ€™s sessions open eyes and hearts. By helping people understand the โ€œwhyโ€ behind their own behaviours โ€“ and those of others โ€“ she empowers audiences to connect in kinder, more empathetic, and more productive ways. The ripple effects are powerful: stronger teams, more inclusive cultures, better learning environments, and families that thrive.

Her presentations stand apart for their interactivity and immediacy โ€“ using live audience input, collaborative exercises, and playful tools like movement, construction bricks, drawing and discussion to bring complex neuroscience to life. These are not passive lectures; they are shared experiences that leave a lasting impact.

Victoriaโ€™s message is simple and transformative: when we understand how our brains work, we can be kinder โ€“ to ourselves, and to those around us.
