Simon Morris is a visionary creative leader whose career has spanned over three decades, revolutionising the worlds of entertainment, technology, and marketing.

Simon Morris is one of the UKโ€™s most successful creative entrepreneurs and marketing leaders, with a career that spans gaming, media, and digital entertainment. For over a decade, he served as Chief Creative Officer at Amazon, working alongside Jeff Bezos, where he spearheaded iconic campaigns such as the Alexa Super Bowl ads and played a pivotal role in building Prime Video from its origins at LOVEFiLM. His influence has been recognised with induction into the UK Marketing Hall of Fame, alongside multiple Emmy nominations.

Simon’s career began at SEGA, where he helped launch Sonic the Hedgehog in the UK and drove record-breaking sales for Sonic 2. He went on to develop high-impact marketing and content strategies at Sky UK and Ginger Television Productions, before co-founding LOVEFiLM, the groundbreaking video rental and streaming service that later became the foundation of Amazonโ€™s Prime Video. His entrepreneurial ventures also include co-founding Football 365 and advising leading brands such as LEGO, Graze, and Tails.

When speaking, Simon offers audiences a rare insiderโ€™s perspective on brand and product growth at scale. He shares real-world best practices through case studies and personal stories – covering the challenges, journeys, key learnings, and growth levers behind successful campaigns and platforms. He also unpacks the business story of Prime Videoโ€™s evolution from LOVEFiLM, exploring strategic decisions, product development, go-to-market approaches, and success metrics – all from a leadership and personal angle, taking you on his own, individual journey including its highest highs and life affirming lows.

With his track record of shaping global brands, pioneering digital storytelling, and driving billions in revenue, Simon provides a powerful combination of entrepreneurial insight and creative expertise, inspiring audiences to rethink how innovation, strategy, and storytelling can drive business growth.

More recently, Simon has opened up about his struggles with mental health, depression and addiction, giving a candid insight into the pieces of him he sacrificed to achieve the highest levels. In 2001, Simon faced his toughest challenge when mental health struggles and addiction left him with nothing. He lost everythingโ€ฆ family, money, and almost his life. This crisis became a turning point, leading to a complete rebuild through 12-step recovery programs.
For 23 years and 10 months, Simon has been sober, spending 17 years volunteering in prisons, running AA and NA meetings. This experience of recovery and helping others is as core to his identity as any business win.
He sees it as his duty to share his story, in hope individuals can navigate their own journeys in a safer, more sustainable way.
