Shanara Hibbert is a dynamic Careers, Wellbeing, and Executive Coach, TEDx and keynote speaker, two-time British Championship Triple Jump medallist, and Performance Lifestyle Coach for UK Athletics.

With a deep passion for empowering others to achieve more than they believe possible while prioritising their wellbeing, Shanara Hibbert draws on her own journey of overcoming major injury, surgery, and mental health challenges. Through her business, Shanara Coaching, she helps individuals excel in their careers without compromising their wellbeing, with a special focus on supporting those from global ethnic majority backgrounds and professionals in EDI roles. Her services include bespoke training, inspirational talks, 1:1 coaching, and consultancy.

Shanara’s diverse career spans roles in Higher Education, leading Marketing and Events teams, workplace wellbeing, and Equality. Her impactful work has earned her recognition as a finalist in the SHP Rising Star UK Awards and Inspiring Herts Workplace Wellbeing Awards, as well as being named in a National AdvancedHE Collaborative Award for Teaching Excellence.
