He left the police in 2015 to support organisations, government departments and private individuals in negotiating the release of hostages all over the world as well as having deployed to hostile environments to conduct interrogation operations on behalf of military intelligence.

Scott uses his decades of experience to develop a unique understanding of what makes people think, feel and act, specifically in times of adversity, conflict, and uncertainty. He now coaches and trains these proven techniques to individuals at all levels of an organisation who are keen to enhance their leadership and decision making, resilience, emotional intelligence, and communication skills. Something that is crucial during these times of crisis and significant change. He also helps companies develop engaged, fulfilled, purpose-driven and productive teams capable of thriving in challenging circumstances.
