Inspiring People, Empowering Performance.

Specialising in building better futures, he encourages cultivating confidence and intentionally designing extraordinary lives. He fosters an environment where decisive action leads to extraordinary results and improvement in well being, productivity and fulfilment. His presentations leave audiences energised, motivated, and armed with actionable strategies.

Pete Cohenโ€™s journey began amidst adversity. At the tender age of five, Pete found himself grappling with undiagnosed dyslexia and ADHD, leading to feelings of inadequacy and self-doubt. Pete learned early on that adversity could be transformed into opportunity.
In 2011, Pete faced his greatest challenge yet when his partner, Hannah, was diagnosed with a terminal brain tumour. Determined to defy the odds, Pete leveraged his extensive network and unwavering determination to secure life-saving treatment for Hannah. This triumph of the human spirit not only saved Hannahโ€™s life but also reaffirmed Peteโ€™s belief in the power of resilience and community. Peteโ€™s wife sadly passed away in 2023 but his determination and desire to empower people has reached a new level as he keeps the spirit of his wife alive as her life motto was โ€œJust Get On With Itโ€.

In a world that often feels unpredictable, our innate desire for certainty can lead us to seek comfort through familiar patternsโ€”what Pete Cohen terms “Comfort Habits.” These habits, while providing a sense of security, can inadvertently limit growth and resilience. Pete’s philosophy challenges individuals to confront the tension between the comfort of certainty and the potential of embracing change.

As a speaker, TV presenter, author, and coach, Peteโ€™s mission is clear: to inspire others to unlock their full potential and transform their lives.

With over three decades of experience in psychology and human behaviour, Pete has earned the title of โ€œThe Peopleโ€™s Coach,โ€ changing lives and reshaping destinies with his unparalleled expertise. From corporate giants to world-class athletes, Pete has coached individuals and teams to achieve peak performance, unlocking their full potential and propelling them towards success.

Pete Cohen’s insights offer a compelling narrative on navigating change and uncertainty. By recognizing and challenging Comfort Habits, understanding Overload, Resistance, and Stress, and embracing intentional living, individuals and organizations can transform perceived challenges into opportunities for growth and excellence. As Pete advocates, thriving amidst uncertainty is not only possible but essential for achieving sustained success and fulfillment.

Comfort Habits are behaviors and routines that offer predictability and ease, creating an illusion of control.
However, this pursuit of certainty can be counterproductive. Pete emphasizes that true growth often lies outside our comfort zones. By clinging to the familiar, we may resist necessary changes that could lead to personal and professional development.

Contrary to the desire for certainty, high performers often thrive in environments of change and challenge.
Pete’s work with business leaders, Olympic athletes, and professional sports teams illustrates that embracing uncertainty can lead to exceptional outcomes. These individuals cultivate resilience, adaptability, and a mindset focused on continuous improvement, aligning with Pete’s principles of “better together” and “synergy 1+1=3.”

Pete introduces the concept of “Overload, Resistance, and Stress,” highlighting how an accumulation of small, unmanaged stresses can lead to burnout and diminished performance. In high-pressure environments โ€”be it in business, sports, or personal lifeโ€”this overload can manifest as decision fatigue, decreasedproductivity, and emotional exhaustion. Recognizing and addressing these stressors is crucial for maintaining well-being and effectiveness.

Delivering keynotes that focus on the critical importance of well-being and the power of intentional thinking in the workplace.
In our fast-paced corporate environment, fostering a culture of well-being is essential for driving productivity and satisfaction. My
presentations empower teams to take personal responsibility for their health and happiness through informed decision-making.

Central to Pete’s approach is the concept of “My Intentions 365 Days a Year” (MI365). This framework encourages individuals to set clear, purposeful intentions daily, fostering alignment between personal values and actions. Such intentional living enhances internal culture, strengthens brand identity, and ensures coherence in day-to-day operations and habits.
