Nick Morrison is an international keynote speaker, resilience expert and nationally touring clean comedian who helps leaders and teams build the mindset to overcome adversity, embrace change and perform under pressure.

Before stepping onto the keynote stage, Nick was a Professional Bull Rider with dreams of reaching the highest level of the sport. Those dreams were cut short at just 21 when a devastating injury ended his career. Over the years, Nick endured more than 50 recorded concussions, a broken neck, a broken back and, later, a traumatic brain injury. Following an Adult HIE reaction linked to his concussion history, he lost the ability to speak completely.

Refusing to let that define his future, Nick painstakingly taught himself to speak again, one word at a time. That extraordinary journey now forms the foundation of his keynote presentations, giving audiences practical lessons in resilience, adaptability and choosing how to respond when life doesn’t go to plan.

Blending powerful storytelling with the timing and humour of an experienced comedian, Nick delivers keynotes that are both entertaining and deeply impactful. His signature message, “Get Better, Not Bitter,” has resonated with organisations around the world, helping individuals and teams develop stronger mindsets, improve collaboration and navigate uncertainty with confidence.

Audiences leave with practical strategies they can apply immediately, including how to perform under pressure, develop greater resilience, strengthen their attitude and work ethic, and maintain a positive mindset during periods of change.

*Bonus! Since Nick is a nationally touring clean comedian, he can add doing a clean comedy set to your Welcome Reception, Awards Banquet, VIP Dinner, or to get attendees re-energised during lunch.
