In this dynamic 30 minute ice-breaker your audience will become active participants – all making music together led by Neal. Through specially designed musical exercises, the key elements of teamwork are vividly demonstrated. The importance of listening to each other, accuracy, timing and focus are all reinforced with each exercise in a powerful and memorable way.

A typical hard-hitting and effective session lasts 30 minutes. However sessions of 20 minutes or 40 minutes can also be delivered to suit your program.
Neal Fullerton was excellent.  It was a tough audience to engage with but he managed it.  Who would have thought he could get over 100 managers singing!  Neal related the content very well to working to together and working to one goal and ‘sticking to the plan’.  Feedback I’ve had has been that this was the best communications day.  Ending it with Neal Fullerton  will make it memorable for a long time.
