Julia Langkraehr

She is the founder of Bold Clarity, a consultancy that provides facilitation, coaching and training for entrepreneurs, CEOs and their senior teams.

Julia moved to London in 1999 to develop new revenue streams in shopping centres. After being made redundant, she became an early pioneer of pop ups when she founded Retail Profile Europe, a business that created opportunities for start up retailers within shopping centres. The company expanded into two European countries and later merged with its largest competitor, Space and People PLC. It now operates from London, Glasgow, Hamburg, Moscow and Delhi, with a turnover exceeding thirty million pounds. Julia exited successfully in 2014 and went on to build Bold Clarity.

She introduced the Entrepreneurial Operating System EOS to the UK, helping to transform the performance of organisations by clarifying, simplifying and embedding a robust management structure from the top down. Julia has worked with more than three thousand business owners in twenty countries and is known for her ability to bring clarity, challenge and inspiration to every room she enters.

She facilitates workshops and retreats for peer groups including the Young Presidents Organisation YPO WPO, the Entrepreneurs Organisation EO and Vistage. Her corporate and non profit keynote clients include the EO Global Leadership Conference, the Aspire Trailblazing Women Event, the Academy of Chief Executives, Anytime Fitness and chambers of commerce throughout the UK.
