Having founded and led a successful non profit organisation, Joe built a workplace culture known for its energy, creativity and ability to attract exceptional people. Leading teams through growth, uncertainty and constant change gave him first hand experience of what it takes to create resilient cultures and empowered leadership.
Alongside his work in the UK, Joe is a Trustee of an NGO in Ghana, supporting leaders to thrive in difficult circumstances, where he oversees a regenerative farming project and coaches a team of people helping over 2000 people find a better life.
Built from the ground up with no funding and operating across very different cultural contexts, the project required a completely different style of leadership. The experience gave Joe a powerful perspective on adaptability, resourcefulness and how leadership principles translate across cultures.
