With an unwavering passion for sports, Jenny distinguished herself as a double sport international athlete, competing in long jump and pentathlon for Great Britain.

In 2005, she boldly ventured into the thrilling world of bobsleigh, racing at speeds of up to 90 MPH while enduring exhilarating G-forces. Her tenacity and skill propelled her to the international stage, where she earned a spot as a reserve for the Great Britain Olympic team at the Turin Games in 2006.

Graduating from Loughborough University with a degree in Sports and Exercise Science, Jenny transitioned into a vibrant career in fitness and entertainment. Her breakthrough came in 2008 as a presenter on Sky 1โ€™s adrenaline-fueled show Mission Implausible. She later captivated audiences as the iconic “Gladiator Enigma” in the Sky 1 revamp. Jenny has since become one of the most successful female trainers globally, boasting over 100 online workouts with Grokker and creating best-selling fitness DVDs. She is currently the trainer for the new generation of gladiators, celebrities, and contenders for the third season of the BBCโ€™s Gladiators, a show that attracts up to 10 million viewers.
