An inspiration. A great speaker using his own experiences of dealing with mental health to really provide support and hope for others who may be suffering in silence. Our union members who can take so much away from the talk to help members in their own workplaces who may be dealing with a mental health crisis

Individual-Speakers-Quote

It was an open and honest discussion from James. It's great to raise awareness of the daily struggles the majority of people face.. I thought it was great that it was hosted by James given the fact that mental health is typically harder for men to discuss openly.
