Living by the motto ‘Keep moving forward,’ Frederick embarked on a seven-year journey to secure a professional track & field contract in Italy. Balancing full-time training with education, he completed his A-levels and earned significant honors while pursuing his bachelor’s degree.
Through this experience, Frederick gained profound insights into effective goal setting and maintaining motivation during challenging times. Now, he leverages these techniques to positively impact the lives of thousands.

Having graduated from university with degrees in accounting and French, Frederick exemplifies how academic excellence and sporting aspirations can harmonize with the right balance. He now dedicates much of his time to visiting schools across the U.K., captivating and inspiring children and young adults through engaging assemblies.
