Emma Levy is a compelling speaker, storyteller, and performance expert who explores the powerful connection between mindset, movement, and sustainable success.

With a background in elite sport and a deeply personal story of overcoming adversity, Emma speaks on topics such as resilience, sustainable performance, momentum, values-led leadership, and the intersection of mindset and movement—a powerful framework for unlocking human potential.

Emma is the host of the award-nominated podcast ‘When Life Gives You Lemons’, where she interviews high performers from the worlds of sport, culture, and business—individuals who have faced adversity and emerged stronger. The podcast was born from Emma’s own story: diagnosed with breast cancer during the pandemic at age 36, she set herself a goal—to complete an Olympic distance triathlon. One month after finishing active treatment, she did just that. A physiotherapist to Olympic and elite athletes, including Team GB at the Paris 2024 Games, Emma understands performance from the inside out.

Her talks combine deep professional insight with lived experience, giving her a unique voice on topics such as clarity under pressure, purpose-driven performance, and the real-world mechanics of resilience. She helps audiences reconnect with their ‘why’, build inner drive, and develop the clarity, energy, and focus to perform consistently—even in the toughest environments.

Emma regularly works with high-performing teams, leaders, and organisations seeking to create momentum that lasts—whether they’re overcoming adversity, navigating change, or simply stuck. She offers more than motivation; she delivers a practical, joined-up approach to performance that integrates mindset, movement, and meaning.

In her keynote talks, Emma helps audiences shift from burnout to breakthrough —redefining their relationship with pressure, reconnecting with purpose, and building the mindset and movement needed for long-term performance. Whether addressing leaders, teams, or individuals navigating change, Emma’s message is clear: real momentum starts within. Her talks don’t just inspire—they equip people to take action that lasts well beyond the room.

I found Emma very engaging and her talk has stuck with me since. I now try and focus on the present more and am not always looking into the future. I would highly recommend Emma as a motivational speaker.
