Dr Angela can also cover HRT options for menopause, including risks, benefits, and types of HRT.
Supporting team members going through menopause is essential in helping the whole team thrive, so itโs important to understand the impacts of menopause at work and how to provide the right care. Youโll leave with a clear understanding of how to develop a safe, supportive, and menopause-friendly culture and how to look at your HR policies from a menopause perspective.
In this session, Dr Angela shares her expertise to help your team live their lives to the fullest by enabling them to successfully manage their menopause. In the talk, Dr Angela will cover bone health, heart health, diet, and exercise. Sheโll also discuss non-hormonal treatment options such as supplements, herbal treatment, and CBT.
