Baz Moffat, a former elite athlete turned innovative coach, is passionately dedicated to empowering women through holistic health and well-being.

Her journey began with academic excellence, earning a first-class honours degree and a Masters, before transitioning with unwavering determination to the Great Britain national rowing team.

Throughout her remarkable career, Baz achieved numerous medals, including a silver at the 2007 World Championships, showcasing her exceptional talent and grit on the water. However, it was after retiring from competitive rowing that Baz truly found her calling.

Launching a thriving international coaching business, Baz focused her expertise on pelvic health, guiding countless women—from elite athletes to new mothers—toward greater vitality and happiness by exploring the intricate connection between mind and body.

Baz co-authored the Female Body Bible, an instant Sunday Times Bestseller now published in 5 languages, merging the latest science with the collective experience of its three expert authors: NHS doctor Bella Smith, sports research scientist Dr Emma Ross, and athletic coach Baz Moffat. The Female Body Bible dispels myths and taboos surrounding women’s bodies.

Reflecting on her own sporting career, Baz acknowledges the absence of female-specific coaching and the limitations it imposed. Today, she stands as a prominent advocate in the women’s health movement, committed to shedding light on institutional barriers that hinder women’s progress.

Baz Moffat champions equality, amplifies women’s voices, and strives to bridge the gap between potential and achievement.
