Annie Price has a remarkable, life affirming and inspirational talk to share. As the founder of Well Woman Club – an online positive movement for females, a BAFTA nominated television presenter, and an experienced public speaker, she has set out to make a positive difference in the world with her unique take on life.
Annie was a mixed-race girl, born into a white traveller community. Due to various cultural difficulties at this time, her mother put her in the caravan at 3 weeks old and set light to it.
Annie was saved by her grandmother and taken to emergency care. Against the odds, she survived, and spent the next few years in foster care. After the system diligently tried (and failed) to get Annie into a Black family, a white family that had been fostering her filed for adoption, and the rest is history.
After a tough start, Annie was brought up feeling incredibly lucky, and this is what has formed the foundation of her positive outlook on life.
Annie came to deliver an inspirational talk for our staff, and wow what an amazing perspective she has on life! Everyone left feeling lighter than when they went in, with a huge fire in the belly for life. Would highly recommend.
