TOPICS:

Aliénor Salmon is a Franco-British author, speaker, and expert on happiness, education and socio-emotional development.

Her decision to leave her dream job as a happiness researcher at the UN to dance around the world was based on her conviction that if we want to have an impact, we can’t just talk or write about happiness – we need to embody it and actually BE happiness.

She founded Bailando Journey to document her transformational journey and published her memoir Finding Rhythm in March 2021. She is also the author of Happy Schools, a framework for learner well-being by UNESCO and the only UN framework on happiness in schools.

Through her work, she seeks to help others incorporate happiness science into their daily life and work by exploring their values, habits and beliefs, and creating a roadmap to design a life of fulfilment, meaning and purpose.

Her mission is to help others lead happier lives, happier work, happier schools and a happier world.

Individual-Speakers-Quote

Aliénor's TEDx talk was superb, and I'm excited to know that there are many people out there who will see it online and be just as inspired by it. Her delivery was spot on, and based on feedback from folks I spoke to in the audience afterwards, it went down extremely well. She was a genuine pleasure to work with.
