Debra Searle MVO MBE is a professional adventurer and serial entrepreneur. Debra Searle MVO MBE has an extraordinary story! She first hit the headlines when she set out to row across the Atlantic with her husband–a 6’5” international oarsman. Unfortunately, he had to be rescued so Debra, a novice rower,continued alone without a support boat and rowed 3300 miles from Tenerife to Barbados.
It should have taken them six weeks, but Debra ended up spending 3½ months at sea alone and unsupported, encountering 30′ waves, sharks, and force 8 squalls in her 23-foot plywood boat. Since returning from this adventure, Debra has undertaken solo and team expeditions across the globe.
Donna Fraser OBE is a 4x Olympian, Inspirational Speaker, Equality, Diversity & Inclusion Specialist and Breast Cancer Now Ambassador. From the athletics track to the Boardroom, Donna Fraser OBE has over 20 years’ experience as international athlete, a successful businesswoman, breast cancer survivor and Woman of the Year 2022 from World Athletics.
Her journey within these spheres has inspired her to share her story which coupled with her warm and charismatic style captivate diverse audiences from a young aspiring athlete to a CEO who is driving for organisational success to ‘believe and achieve’.
Well known actress and CEO of SEED Eating Disorder Support Services, Expert in eating disorders and talks on mental health, bullying and the motivation to overcome and succeed.
Having conquered anorexia, from which she suffered for many years, Gemma Oaten also has personal expertise in mental health issues and bullying. After nearly committing suicide at the age of 18, Hayley realised how mental health issues are increasingly affecting millennials and she was passionate to do something about it.

Shrouk El-Attar is a distinguished advocate, engineer, and performer who has been recognized as one of the BBC’s 100 Most Influential Women and honoured by the United Nations.
With engineering expertise and impactful roles at organisations like Intel and NASA, she has not only excelled professionally but also actively championed refugee and LGBTQ+ rights.
Shrouk’s advocacy work is extensive, holding positions in organisations such as Engineers Without Borders UK and contributing to NASA’s Artemis project. As a celebrated belly dancer and drag performer, she uses her art for activism.
After losing her legs in the Circle Line bombing during the 2005 London terrorist attacks, Martine Wright rebuilt her life with remarkable purpose. From skydiving and becoming a mother and wife to becoming the Captain of the British Paralympic sitting volleyball team and earning a pilot’s license, Martine epitomizes overcoming adversity.
Representing Team GB at the London 2012 Paralympic Games, she has become a widely recognized television personality, covering events like the Paralympics and Invictus Games for the BBC and Channel 4, and serving as a roving reporter at the 2016 Rio Paralympics. Her dedication has been honored with the 2012 Sports Personality of the Year, recognition as one of the Inspirational Women of the Year by Zest Magazine, and as a Vitalise Woman of Achievement.
