For over a century, International Women’s Day has taken place on the 8th of March to celebrate women’s rights and inspire people to act in the ongoing fight for gender equality.

Imagine a gender equal world. A world free of bias, stereotypes, and discrimination. A world that’s diverse, equitable, and inclusive. A world where difference is valued and celebrated. Together we can forge women’s equality. Collectively we can all #EmbraceEquity.

Today I wanted to share with you a few of our fantastic female speakers who speak on a range of topics including inclusion & diversity, adventure, sales & marketing, leadership, education, mental health & wellbeing and much more!

Anj Handa is the Founder of Inspiring Women Changemakers, an inclusive community of changemakers who stand for fairness and safety for women.

In 2016, Elise became the first woman and youngest person to run self-supported around the coast of Britain. Aged just 24, she ran 5,000 miles over the course of ten months, covering up to 40 miles per day and carrying her kit on her back.
 
In her talks, Elise tells her story with the same humour and honesty, using tales from her adventure to inspire your audience to face their own challenges.

Andreena has created a variety of 45 minute presentations + Q&A which she delivers to corporate organisations, colleges and secondary schools on authenticity, intersectionality, equity, equality, diversity, inclusion and belonging from a lived experience perspective.

Victoria Humphries is a polar adventurer, 3x Guinness World Record holder, mountain climber, author, businesswoman & all-round ‘normal person’ who happens to believe that Anything is Possible if you put your mind to it. What’s the worst that can happen? Just give it a go!
In 1997 Victoria, along with her mother Sue, became part of the first all-female expedition to the North Pole. Along the way they experienced temperatures of -40oC, constantly shifting ice and at one point both Sue and Victoria fell into the Arctic Ocean finding themselves in a life or death situation.
