Prof. Eddie Obeng is a British inspirational keynote speaker, educator & organisational theorist, author, entrepreneur, and digital pioneer.
An exponent of New World Management, focused on practical solutions for rapid global change and uncertainty. He founded Pentacle The Virtual Business School in 1994 after becoming Ashridge’s youngest Executive Director, and he is now a Visiting Professor at Henley Business School and a Fellow of the Association for Project Management.
Originally an engineer, Eddie’s work at Royal Dutch Shell earned valuable patents and included the design of one of Europe’s most energy efficient food processing plants, which won an EU prize. A digital pioneer, he later created QUBE, a 3D virtual world for immersive learning and collaboration, described by The Economist as a “future digital place to work”.
Eddie speaks on the defining challenges facing leaders today, including AI and digital enablement, leading in complex uncertainty, and growth in a challenging geopolitical landscape.
