James was thrust into leadership in his early twenties as a senior detached youth practitioner for the Islington council. He was required to design and deliver intervention programmes that were delivered across two North London council estates in Lower Holloway and Finsbury Park.

Drawing on more than a decade’s worth of award winning youth engagement experience, this keynote details high impact approaches which inspire students and equip those who work with them. Innerscope has been working with learners and leaders so that teams who support the development of students are resourced with transformative tools, and this keynote brings those tools together.
