Vanessa Sturman is an awardโ€‘winning voice in peak performance, sustainable nutrition, and practical habits โ€” regularly featured on major outlets including Sky News, BBC Radio, and LBC.

She supports busy leaders, teams, and athletes to reach their full potential by supporting cognitive performance, resilience, energy, and focus โ€” through realistic, enjoyable shifts in food and lifestyle habits. Her approach focuses on small, sustainable changes that create lasting results without restrictive diets.

A passionate food lover, Vanessa helps people build healthier habits through food they enjoy โ€” including the dishes of their own cultures. Her work is also shaped by her recovery from teenage binge eating and her experience as a person of colour raised by an immigrant mother, who taught her the value of budgeting, waste reduction, and food as connection. Combined with her professional background as a Sustainability and Behaviour Change Consultant, these insights inform her practical, inclusive philosophy: build food habits that support performance and planetary wellbeing. Her work links personal performance, business success and planetary health.

Educated at Cambridge University in Social and Biological Anthropology, Vanessa is also a published recipe developer and experienced 1:1 coach. Her clients include Fulham Football Club, Cambridge University, Brooks Macdonald, and Octopus Electric Vehicles. She is currently a Health Expert for BBC Radio Oxfordshire, and her latest Sky News appearance is available here. Vanessa has won two awards from The Speaker Awards for her engaging, highโ€‘impact delivery.

Vanessa delivers keynotes, workshops, and panel sessions on leadership, small habit change, adaptability under pressure, resilience, and culturally diverse food. She also runs energising team cooking sessions, and is regularly booked for Mental Health Awareness events and corporate wellbeing weeks.
