A passionate food lover, Vanessa helps people improve their health through food they enjoy — including the dishes of their own cultures. Her work is also shaped by her recovery from a teenage binge-eating disorder and her experience as a person of colour raised by an immigrant mother, who taught her the value of budgeting, waste reduction, and food as connection. Combined with her professional background as a Sustainability and Behaviour Change Consultant, these insights inform her practical, inclusive philosophy: build food habits that fuel performance and protect the planet.

Educated at Cambridge University in Social and Biological Anthropology, Vanessa is also a published plant-based recipe developer and respected 1:1 coach. Her clients include Fulham Football Club, Cambridge University, Brooks Macdonald, and Octopus Energy. She is currently a Health Expert for BBC Radio Oxfordshire, and her latest Sky News appearance is available here.
