Following his retirement from athletics, Mark became a Partner at Lane4, one of the UK’s leading management and people development consultancies. Over the years, he has worked closely with boards, senior leadership teams, and executives across a wide range of industries, helping them to navigate change and build high-performance cultures. In 2022, he joined Korn Ferry as a Senior Client Partner, continuing his work in leadership transformation and organisational development.

With deep expertise in people change, leadership, resilience, and human performance, Mark is an accredited Performance Coach who applies psychological principles to foster engagement, inspire change, and drive lasting behavioural shifts.
